Ben founded Eclipse in 2010 in order to get hands on with design-led research after managing web and mobile strategy, research, and experience design on global products. He is passionate about making research that drives change by informing real and important business decisions. 

Sofya is a design researcher who is passionate about using creativity to advance social change. Her background is in refugee education and humanitarian policy research, and she holds a Master in International Affairs from The Graduate Institute.
