Launch session guide

This launch session guides supports the introduction of the community engagement to foster participation early on.

Interactive surveys & digital tool use guide

You can download summaries of the interactive surveys used in the pilot in Bangladesh and Iraq. For interactivity they were deployed on tablets using the digital tool.

Co-creation session guides

Co-creation session guides and notes templates supported the implementing field staff in Bangladesh and Iraq. As the sessions differ between children and their caregivers, you can find two versions for the guides.

The illustrations below were created by David Hallangen to be used in the interactive surveys. They represent typical sanitation facilities built in humanitarian responses around the world and were used in the interactive surveys to facilitate the engagement.

Engagement ethics checklist

Based on what we learnt in our pilots we created an ethics checklist to support user-centred community engagement in the future.
